First Time Guests
When to Arrive
We recommend your family arrive 10 - 15 minutes before our service start time. Check out the schedule of children's programming here.
Registration
We take every child's safety and security very seriously. When you arrive for the first time, you will be asked to complete information about your family and child(ren) on a handwritten form. On this first visit, you will fill out a numbered two-part child and parent tag and attach it to your child. You and your child will then be directed to your child's classroom.
Enrollment
After the first visit, the information you provided will be updated to our computer system. When arriving after the initial visit, your child will be checked in by our attendants at one of our check-in stations.
Parent Call
Any need to contact parents during a service will be done using the unique check-in tag number displayed on the screens in the sanctuary. Should you see your child's number displayed, please make your way to your child's room. Our policy is to contact parents if a child continues to cry for 10 minutes with no signs of consoling or if illness occurs after check-in.
Check-Out
We ask that every child be picked up by an adult in possession of the uniquely numbered parent tag printed at check-in. Our check-in volunteers will ask you for the parent tag and match it to your child's tag before letting your child leave.
